I need to exercise more and drink less often.
Nutrition is important, too, but I don't think I eat as poorly compared to how little I'm active. My activity level has not been great in a long time and since I work on the computer from home now, I sit most of my day. Not good.
What about you?
What changes do you need to make?

LOL They hurt my back so bad. I occasionally do them in my yoga trapeze the regular way and upside down situps and it's less painful but it still really sucks.

That actually sounds awesome. I like yoga. We should make a thread.bmw29 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 24, 2018 8:44 pmLOL They hurt my back so bad. I occasionally do them in my yoga trapeze the regular way and upside down situps and it's less painful but it still really sucks.

I have a trapeze I can hang from the beam in my kitchen. I love it so much.mrsmacgiver wrote: ↑Sun Jun 24, 2018 8:46 pmThat actually sounds awesome. I like yoga. We should make a thread.

For me it is probably to change my diet. I do not eat that bad but I know there is room for improvement.
More strength training, make sure to always get my steps in even on off days/non gym days, watch very carefully what I eat (low carb),

I know for sure I don't eat enough fruit. I love fruit so it makes no sense.highlandmum wrote: ↑Mon Jun 25, 2018 11:37 am For me it is probably to change my diet. I do not eat that bad but I know there is room for improvement.
