A question about debt. Do you still consider it debt if a person has enough in the bank to cover it?

Yes. You might not have a negative net worth, but you are still carrying debt.

Lol. Who knew budgeting could cause such drama!

It’s debt until it’s paid. We pay off our credit card every month, but until that payment goes through I consider it debt.
