you indicated the french government knows how best to run the country, apparently the months of yellow vest uprising and their leader's poor approval rating prove the people there think otherwise.ReadingRainbow wrote: ↑Tue May 21, 2019 3:05 pmWhat ?water<wine wrote: ↑Tue May 21, 2019 2:39 pmoh really? tell us about Macron's approval rating. They don't have any clue what's going on in France, or what France is like to live in... They just take tidbits of news stories and decide they know how to run the country better than the French Government.
Macron’s approval rating is not indicative of what it’s like to live in France, nor does reading about him make a person better equipped to run the country than the French government...
And why on earth would my comment mean Europe would do anything...

The comment section in the French newspaper shows they have the same issues that every country has including the US. Immigration and who to let in. Some people claim they need to take care of their own problems in their country. Others blame France for interfering over the years in Africa helping dictators while pilfering the countries.

France also benefits from African countries with the CFA franc that is used in 14 African countries and taking advantage of the natural resources of these countries
It's not as simple as those idiots in Town Hall some of you like to read. They know that their readers will take everything they write at face value without delving any further into the subject.Luigi Di Maio, Italian Deputy Prime Minister and leader of the populist Five Star Movement, has blamed France for impoverishing Africa and encouraging migration to Europe.
He accused the French government of manipulating the economies of mainly former French colonies in Africa, which use a form of the pre-independence currency known as a CFA franc.
"France is one of those countries that by printing money for 14 African states prevents their economic development and contributes to the fact that the refugees leave and then die in the sea or arrive on our coasts," said Mr Di Maio.
