In the thread: Hit Full Reply and click on the Attachments tab below the submit button - from there it's just add file.

Now save the image I resized for you and do the following:

1. Go to the User Control Panel
2. Go to the Profile tab
3. Click on Avatar
4. Go to the Avatar type drop down menu and pick Upload
5. Upload your new avatar
6. Hit submit!

Its my favorite all time pic and my life time favorite saying. I love the pic and the saying. It's me a million times over - not literally of course except in my much much younger years I looked almost exactly like that, cigarette and all
