Edit: Oh - I get it. You're from Minnesota and they voted on it. Gotcha. Well it's probably only a matter of time anyway. Maybe next time around they'll vote yes.

Michigan just passed it. I'm on the planning commission for the township my business is in and we are working on an ordinance for it.

Didn’t it pass in Washington state the same time as Colorado?

Yes and it was followed by Alaska and several states right behind but Colorado always gets the bad wrap as the stoner state. Rocky Mountain High and all that.

Cuomo is working on it here in NY, supposedly he plans to be ready as early as next month.
