I think that knowing and listening to your body is one of the key elements to healthy habits as well as healthy lifestyle. I don’t think there’s a one size fits all. It’s very good you are able to. I do intermittent fasting also. I pair it up with some intense weight training. 12 pounds down since the beginning of the year. I can see muscle definition also.
Do you do any weight training? It's a great way to get your body into fat burning mode and keep it there while you intermittent fast.

I hate strength training but I'm trying to do it anyway because I know it's good for me. I have looked at this but do not think I would get enough calories in to do it. I do the timed nutrition plan, usually I lose about 1 to 2 lb a week with this plan and exercise.
