Use your favorite sugar cookie recipe, ready-made bakery cookies or refrigerated sugar cookie dough. Color vanilla icing with food coloring in small bowls and frost cookies. Cut slices from mini and regular size marshmallows and place on cookies to create goblin eyes. Add a dot of black gel icing on each marshmallow to form a pupil. Create other features with colorful candies, such as Good & Plenty, Runts and gumdrops.
