That’s not what he was asked. The exchange about Trump mocking her:

Lesley Stahl: Do you think you treated her with respect?

President Donald Trump: I think so, yeah. I did.

Lesley Stahl: But you seem to be saying that she lied.

President Donald Trump: W-- you know what? I'm not gonna get into it because we won. It doesn't matter. We won.

His answer is essentially saying he doesn’t care to discuss whether the fact that he made fun of her at a rally was okay or a decent/respectful thing to do because the GOP won, and that’s all that matters.

The truth mocked her.

Not only did the good guys win this one, but the bad guys acted so badly that what might have been a complacent Republican party was been reenergized for the midtems.

As the great RMN said - tanned, rested, and ready.
Except his little tirade mocking her included several factual errors, not the truth.

Only the “fringe left” can recognize that his mocking rant factually included several errors? Well, that’s telling.

We’ll see. The Senate races are all close, and the Democrats still have a good chance of winning the House.
