A federal jury found Hunter Biden guilty on all three federal felony gun charges he faced, concluding that he violated laws meant to prevent drug addicts from owning firearms.
The conviction marks the first time a president’s immediate family member has been found guilty of a crime during their father’s term in office, though his crimes predate Joe Biden’s tenure as president.
Hunter Biden could face up to 25 years in prison and a fine of up to $750,000 at sentencing, though he likely will receive far less than the maximum as a first-time offender.

I find this funny because the GOP can't really cry about a "weaponized" justice department any longer, and if Biden really does appeal on 2nd Amendment rights, will they then have to support him? What are they going to do?

11 days because his girlfriend, who was his brother’s widow, found it in his car and threw it in a garbage can which was caught on surveillance camera. No one knows how long he would have kept it.jessilin0113 wrote: ↑Tue Jun 11, 2024 6:14 pmA gun he had for 11 days? They do if it’s found out. Most people probably go with a plea deal. He tried one but the judge didn’t think it was a proper deal. I don’t think most people write a book detailing their drug abuse and addiction and buying a gun during that time. You choose to go to trial with that much evidence against you it’s a risk. I doubt he will get anywhere near the maximum, nor do most for a first offense.SallyMae wrote: ↑Tue Jun 11, 2024 6:54 pmEvery person who buys a gun while using drugs should face the same.BionicBunny wrote: ↑Tue Jun 11, 2024 6:06 pm I think it's funny how much Democrats want more gun control and here we have the son of a Democratic President doing shady shit with guns.
