Trans child molester sentenced for killing friend with a rock in fight over $100

The California child molester who as a 26-year-old served time in a Los Angeles juvenile facility for attacking a 10-year-old girl in a Denny's bathroom will serve 15 years in an adult prison for bashing his friend to death with a rock in the woods.

Hannah Tubbs, also known as James Tubbs, killed Michael Clark in Kern County in 2019, according to prosecutors. Wearing a brown jail jumpsuit and eyeliner, Tubbs apologized to the victim's family and claimed to be remorseful.

The two had been friends who lived together in a "survivalist transient" community outdoors, but their relationship took an abrupt turn when Tubbs stole $100, and Clark confronted him about it, according to court filings.

When asked whether he was ready for sentencing, Tubbs told the judge it was unavoidable.

"It's yes or no," the judge replied.

So probably not actually trans. Was he trans when he committed the assault against the 10 year old? The article is written confusingly.

This and other articles are worded very confusingly. But no, there was no indication that he was transgendered at the time of the assault. In fact, that is a more recent change. He has been housed in male facilities for all of his other past jailed offenses in CA, as well as other states. The way the policies are written, the DA has the discretion to transfer cases to to adult courts(it’s case by case). The DA’s office didn’t request the transfer, however, one of the prosecuting attorney’s had stated that he thought it should be, that attorney was suspended though because he was deadnaming and using male pronouns. Imo, if he hadn’t done that, they may have transferred the case, it was just one of those situations where it created potential civil rights lawsuit against as well as complicating the case. It was made clear by the judge he was doing the max sentencing and even though he’d be sentenced to 2 yrs in a juvenile detention center, he’d be put in isolation for the whole duration and was to have no contact with any other detainees.

Sounds like he pretended to be trans so he can prey on little girls and shouldn’t have been in that bathroom.
