Singer and actress Cassie has filed a lawsuit against ex-boyfriend Sean "Diddy" Combs, accusing him of S*x trafficking and sexual assault, according to court documents.
Cassie, whose real name is Casandra Ventura, alleges in the filing that she was trafficked, raped and viciously beaten by Combs during the course of their relationship.

There were 2 reporters from TMZ on. They said (earlier today) that they called a number of law enforcement agencies and there wasn’t an open case against Diddy. They also called the NYPD and were told there was an open case. Then someone from the NYPD called them back and said there was no open case. Then on the news, it was reported a civil case was filed. I’m waiting for everything to come out.

Time will tell but I don’t think she is lying on him and she isn’t the only female that accused him of putting hands on them.

MANY, MANY things over the years, that’s who I don’t think she is lying. People were concerned for Cassie when she was with him and she pretty much validated what everyone was saying. And setting up robberies and blowing up people’s car and a lot of accusations both Pac and Keith Davis made.
I won’t be surprised if more resurfaces.
