Music is my soul language. As a child, it helped me “retire” my brain to overcome learning challenges, helped me find the words to express my feeling, created well cherished memories of loved ones, and peace to my heart.

The music industry is fickle, judgmental, and hard on the best days, for women there are more challenges and expectations. Ms Turner EARNED her title as the Queen of Rock n Roll. She broke barriers. She didn’t conform. She shined brightly in this life. To have such an amazingly talented and beautiful soul leave this planet, is a heartbreaking loss. May her soul shine even brighter throughout the universe.

True. And no one will shake those legs like she did! May she be remembered like this always!
