Nah. Probably just the jobs from the ones he deported. He probably calls that “creating jobs for Latinos”. , I mean, no one else is willing to pick up oranges in 90+ degree heat for less than minimum wage and no benefits. So jobs for Latinos!!

People are going back to their old jobs. And others are being laid off. Current unemployment rate 11.1%. That number doesn't count about nine million people currently out of work "temporarily". The unemployment rate does not include people not currently looking for work. So people laid off because of the virus and who hope to return to work aren't included, for now.
