Weld and Biden aren’t that far away from each other on some of the issues. Both pro-choice. Both have similar views on healthcare. Both see a need in decreased military spending. Biden is more hands on on a lot of the issues.

Republicans usually are against governments spending a lot but these past four years the republicans have spent like drunken fools to the point of the largest federal deficit ever. So I wouldn’t even count on republicans and their claims of being fiscal conservatives. It wasn’t only Trump overspending it was all republicans.
