How are these four things linked?

You may well ask.

Accelerationism is the techno-religious position that not only will the apocalypse happen, it is our duty to make it happen as soon as possible, destabilizing the state as needed. These are the people who want there to be a massive war in the Middle East. To quote the guardian newspaper:
Accelerationists argue that technology, particularly computer technology, and capitalism, particularly the most aggressive, global variety, should be massively sped up and intensified – either because this is the best way forward for humanity, or because there is no alternative. Accelerationists favour automation. They favour the further merging of the digital and the human. They often favour the deregulation of business, and drastically scaled-back government. They believe that people should stop deluding themselves that economic and technological progress can be controlled. They often believe that social and political upheaval has a value in itself.

Q-Anon is where the religious collides with conspiracies about the 'Deep State' in a prophetic fusion that recasts Right versus Left as Good versus Evil.

Revolution 2: The Electric Boogaloo and many other hard-to-computer-scan-for similar phrases (such as the "Big Igloo") are a techno-savvy bunch of Alt-Right militias; decentralised, radicalised, racist and primed for violence. Think trolls with 3D fabricated guns and a strong desire to player first person shooter games for real.

And finally, the thread that weaves them together, the Russians:

Very frightening.

the accelerationists scare the shit out of me because while they are absolutely psychotic, they aren’t idiots like most of the right and have the ability to do some real damage.

According to the Pew Research survey in 2003,more than 60% of the Evangelical Christians and about 50% of Blacks agreed that the existence of Israel fulfilled biblical prophecy.About 55% of poll respondents said that the Bible was the biggest influence for supporting Israel

Secret efforts to groom and recruit teenagers by a neo-Nazi militant group have been exposed by covert recordings.

They capture senior members of The Base interviewing young applicants and discussing how to radicalise them.

The FBI has described the group as seeking to unite white supremacists around the world and incite a race war.

Rinaldo Nazzaro, founder of The Base, is a 47-year-old American. Earlier this year the BBC revealed he was directing the organisation from his upmarket flat in St. Petersburg, Russia.

The interviews, which took place via conference call on an encrypted app, followed a pattern - prospective members were asked by Nazzaro about their personal history, ethnicity, radicalisation journey and experience with weapons, before a panel of senior members posed their own questions.

A European teenager was told that such a collapse would be desirable, even at a local level, if it offered a "power vacuum that we can take advantage of".

"the group's white supremacist ideology, which predicts and seeks to accelerate racial warfare, requiring followers to prepare for conflict and social breakdown."

Interesting.

Why does Russia appeal to him?

From your link:
The Base has recruited by using iFunny, a Russian meme website.[5][6]

Married to a Russian citizen, Nazzaro resides in Saint Petersburg, Russia, according to BBC News; an apartment in the city was purchased in his wife's name in July 2018, the same month the FBI says The Base was founded.[11] A video posted online in May 2019 shows Nazarro, apparently in Russia, wearing a t-shirt with an image of President Vladimir Putin and the words "Russia, absolute power".[11]

Nazzaro used to work for FBI as an analyst and as a contractor for Pentagon. [12]
