These Kente cloths were gifted by the members of the Black Caucus. It would have been very bad manners if they hadn't worn the scarfs as they were gifts.

You're looking at straight up pandering though I can get behind the new House proposal on (essentially) police reform with the exception of adding retraining for the police when it comes to the mentally ill.
