This. The guy who died created the situation that led to his death.
Unless the guy outside started the fighting, the guy who killed him had no reason to touch him. Call 911. I can't imagine killing someone with your bare hands. The rage is so out of control. Yes it was so gross finding something like that outside your window but too many people too quick to fly into violent rages.

I disagree. Actions have consequences. Deviant behavior has risks the offender brings on himself. The guy who died was partially responsible for his own death.
Actions like that have consequences. Jail. No one deserves to be beaten to death for that. Now there will be consequences for the other man who couldn't control himself.

A manslaughter conviction would be fair. A murder conviction would not be.

Probably. We don't know all the facts. I hope he realizes now that it just wasn't worth killing a man for that.

I’ll probably get shit for this but he deserved an ass beating as I find that behavior to be incredible sexually violating and disrespectful.

So, manslaughter maybe....murder, no.

Absolutely a murder charge is appropriate.

I highly doubt he went outside with the intent to kill the person. The peeper shouldn’t have been there and should have run away when they caught him and came outside.

I guess it doesn't matter, he's facing a manslaughter charge regardless of what I think. That's fine, this dude just needs to be in jail.

There's this hidden blood-thirsty part of me that wants to high five the man for taking matters into his own hands.

Then there's the practical, logical, common sense, astounded with a "What the F were you thinking?" part of me that thinks he should have called the damn police and let THEM handle things.

Now, because the other man died, this man faces murder or manslaughter charges (am I correct?). He did this to himself, no matter if again, that hidden part of me "gets it."

Exactly. He should have stayed home and watched porn like everyone else.
