I’m not against equality, are you? I am however against equality by forced redistribution of other people’s money.

Here's a hard truth that no one wants to accept: you cannot make someone "equal" by forcing another person who has worked for what they have to turn around and just give what they worked for to another person who has done nothing except to sit with their hands out waiting for other people to fill them. That is the definition of slavery, which was abolished many years ago. No one has any right to expect or demand that others provide them with any given standard of living - if they want it, they should work for it, and if they're not willing to work for it, they don't deserve to have it.
