... Michael Savage talking to the New York Times, “with a hint of disappointment,” about what continues to drive Donald Trump supporters and why they are so unwilling to second-guess the president.

Like fellow conservative firebrand Ann Coulter, Savage has taken issue primarily with Trump’s lack of progress on the immigration front.

His skepticism apparently isn’t going over too well with his Trump-loving listeners, who appear to be living up to the president’s infamous boast that he could shoot somebody in the streets of New York and still not lose any voters.
Apparently since Savage is talking about Trump's failures in the immigration department he is losing access to the White House.

He's right about the bizarre inability for the base to see things right in front of them. They blame democrats, Obama, anyone but the man who promised to fix the problem.
