There is no conclusion to be drawn by the public or the media unless and until we get to read the full report. Having someone appointed by the administration declare his own conclusion is not vindication.

People cheering this as a definitive win for Trump are jumping the gun, IMO. The special counsel may not have been able to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt the collusion issue, but there was certainly enough there to be suspicious. Trump may not have acted criminally himself but he definitely meddled and certainly either looked the other way or tacitly agreed when the opportunity to get help from Russia arose. These things are already out in the open. Meanwhile, he's still trying to sabotage healthcare and rob the military, so...
