Has anyone tried it?

Do you think it would be bad for someone who is large chested. I'd obviously wear my best sports bras.

I like the idea because it seems like a quick work out to get you started for the day.

Yes!

The 1500 is intimidating but I'm pretty sure I can do 200 skips. I like that there's a low risk of injury, it's portable, and it seems a fast way to get in an HIIT work out.

You're basically adding more skips or "jumps" each day until you get to over a thousand. You can take breaks in between, too. So, good for a beginner or less active person.

Listen if something resonates with you, you do it! Its your intuition trying to get your attention.
Thats how I have found every sport or hobby that i became passionate about.

So, I started it today. It was both harder and easier than I expected. I got to 25 before I tripped up and had to restart. Then I had to take my first break at 40 jumps. After that, I took a break about every 30 jumps or so.

I wasn't sure I'd be able to do it at all but I completed day 1. It did hurt my knees more than running does so tomorrow, I might do it on the grass instead.

And if you're large chested, you definitely need the best sports bra or to double up. Ouch.

I then had to babysit a 1 and 6 year old...that wore me out more than the jump rope! I took a nap!
