Who has one? If you do, what do you make in it? I have an IP. I've made cheesecake, and yogurt in mine. There is a cake recipe I want to try with my pot.

I have one. I used it a couple of weeks ago for a creamy beef stew using chuck roast. It took about an hour. I still don't have the ins and outs of it yet. I really haven't found a good book that explains the buttons and the time readout very well. The manual it comes with sucks. If I had a do over, I probably wouldn't buy it again.

I don't know if you do FB or IG at all. There are some IP groups on there. Look up online Amy+Jackie instant pot. They have a ton of great tips, and advice. I've also heard Pressure Luck is another great online place for recipes.

I do not have one and am not sure I’ll get one. I love my slow cookers and use them a lot when I’m busy. I’m just not sure an IP would be practical for me. In general, I think they’re a great idea and can see how they’d be awesome for others though.

I want a 3qt so bad. I'd use it exclusively for yogurt.

I have an EasiYo Yogurt Maker. You boil water and put it in the thermos and you mix up your milk and culture in the container and put it in the thermos and you're done. You come back 6-9 hours later you have yogurt. No electricity.

And if you like thick yogurt, you can get a yogurt strainer.

I do strain mine. The mesh strainer, and coffee filters work perfect for it.
