Sweatshirts/sweaters
I am 50 and going through perimenopause and starting to have the beginning of hot flashes. I am always sweating and freezing back and forth. It seems like most of the things that I have and that are at stores are all filled with fleece or some type of heaviness. Do you know if there are sweatshirts that are like french terry or a lighter sweatshirt material. I often wear cardigans to work but rarely take them off because I wear tank tops underneath so I just turn my fan on. I have a sweatshirt that I still wear from my 20's! And it's from Hanes and so comfy and no heaviness. I can't seem to find anything like this anymore.

I found the Athleta wraps to be worth the price. Love mine.

Also I have had to switch from tanks to t’s for the same reason. I am like t-shirt, wrap, scarf, sometimes even a vest of that, lol. Then strip it off for a hot moment, then freeze, and put it all back on, LOL. Fun times.

I have 2 of these sweatshirts…

They aren’t thick or lined with fleece or anything. They are rather casual, but fit the bill of not being too bulky or hot.
