What do you think of the Military Diet? Have you tried it?

I haven't tried it no. This ketogenic diet I'm doing is the first time I've actually tried one, as crazy as that sounds (especially because I could definitely stand to lose weight lol).

It is not effective at all. It is for military members to make weight. It relies on a bunch of crap food like hot dogs of all things, skips over macronutrients and micronutrients and is really just horrible IMO.

I looked at that and I would not touch it at all. I am currently trying to lose weight and am looking for a diet that will work. In all honesty a diet is one that you must be able to sustain for a long time (even after you lose the weight). Think of it more of a lifestyle change than a diet, if it is too restrictive you will fail or gain all the weight back as soon as you go back to eating normally.,
