Bump, we didn’t have a wedding, we semi ran off to Vegas (I say semi because we told our families) and got married. It was around $350 between gas, meals, JoP fee, license, etc our suite was comped. A full wedding with 200-250 guest would be a LOT more than that I imagine but I don’t have a clue as to the estimate.

I was cheap. Less than $2,000 and that included venue, food, dress and suit. It was just family and friends about 11 people. There are several online wedding calculators that can help you with costs. I'm guessing it will cost a lot more than under $2 grand, lol. I just didn't want to throw that kind of money away on a wedding. And I didn't know that many people, and I didn't want to invite people from work. I don't like being the center of attention so I kept it small to parents, siblings and hubs' best friends and his sibling, nephews and parents.

We had just under 200 guests and I think we spent $5K total for everything. We did the full deal - church wedding, reception at hotel, everything you mentioned above. That was back in 1999.

My parents paid for our wedding...my dress was $2,000. My flowers were paid for by my honorary uncle so I have no clue how much those were. My wedding without flowers was $6,000 total.

Our wedding for 120 guests cost us around $17,000 for everything. We had it right outside of NYC, so prices are probably higher than a lot of areas, though.
