100% agree... When my ex complained the courts were taking half his pay check for his first born the judge told him to go get a 2nd or 3rd job if needed. That it was not his child's fault he decided to go and start another family and his main job was going to pay for his son. He was afraid having a 2nd job would make child support go up but it doesn't. Where i live they normally won't take a 2nd job into account unless it's a substantial paycheck.

Here's my stance on child support. If the custody is shared 50/50, there should be no child support. You just share the cost of the big stuff... like medical expenses, college tuition, etc.,
