EDIT: I am sorry to read they had the spot filled already. She still tried out and you cant take that from her.

Oh wow your area is still having school sports........we still don't know what's going on with ours They have switched the sports schedule around so contact sports are now taking place in the Spring but other than that it's all still up in the air as to whether they will all be cancelled or not.

The schools in my area (southeastern Michigan) are starting some training/practices outside even though we have no clear cut path back to school yet.

Oh see, we have a clear plan for back to school.....we start the school year online....and then there is a phased reopening for students starting with special education (Daily) and elementary students. Kids at higher grade levels won't even see campus until after Winter Break at the soonest but possibly not at all this year. If they do get to go back it will be a split with half time on campus and half time remote learning.
