I forgot to put my milk away this morning after I pumped it. Allllll that hard work, gone. So depressing. Luckily I make more than enough, but it’s still going to be hard to dump the milk.

I am sorry. I remember those days! I miss breastfeeding little ones, but never do I miss the mechanical artificial pumping.

I was so fortunate though, I apparently descended from prolific wet nurses, and had massive over-supply. I could have supplied a village.

I'm sorry. I don't miss any of that. The kid feeds herself now.

For whatever the reason was, I could never express my breast milk to store later. Manually...with a machine attached to me....didn't matter.

I had a more than adequate breast milk supply but just wasn't successful with expressing or pumping.

That would be rough for me, too, to see those 9-10 ounces go to waste.

I never made enough and that would have devastated me! In fact, 22 years later and you just sent a panicky jolt of adrenaline right thru me with your title. #triggered
