I've always washed produce and that's it. I don't do anything extra.
The oranges of the island are like blazing fire
Amongst the emerald boughs
And the lemons are like the paleness of a lover
Who has spent the night crying.

My soul was ripped to shreds on 10/27/14

It depends on what is considered "sanitized?"

We always wash our fresh fruits and vegetables before putting them into the bin, fridge, or bowl (whatever is used for anything specific) regardless and have done so long before this pandemic.

As far as the rest, it gets wiped down but no Chlorox Wipes or Lysol spray are used on anything, particularly food, in the off-chance there's a small tear or hole somewhere on the bag or container.

I do not.
And as many of us knew or at least expected the cdc has now determined the virus does not live on surfaces or on packages.
Everyday there is new information about this virus.

That's not what the CDC determined.

When did the CDC say that? Because just a few days ago their update said:

“The primary and most important mode of transmission for COVID-19 is through close contact from person-to-person. Based on data from lab studies on COVID-19 and what we know about similar respiratory diseases, it may be possible that a person can get COVID-19 by touching a surface or object that has the virus on it and then touching their own mouth, nose, or possibly their eyes, but this isn’t thought to be the main way the virus spreads.”

I spray everything with clorox anywhere spray. It may not help but it doesn't hurt my feelings to do it.
