Condoms are about 98% effective if used properly so every time you have S*x with a condom you have a 2% chance of getting pregnant. Real stats show that they're about 85% effective so in the real world, unless you use them perfectly you have a 15% chance of getting pregnant each time. Both are pretty slim good odds if you play poker...probably not as good if you want to 100% ensure you don't get pregnant.
