Why does the SD het a pass
She’s definitely guilty, but you know she so young and so immature — she is going to wake up one day with a more formed frontal lobes and likely feel “omg, I am so awful”.

Or she may not feel guilty at all. You don't know that she will feel bad for sure.

She might not. I slept with a married man when I was 19 and have never thought that.

A SF? *eta meaning her mother’s SO, it was not a random married man...Lol. I wouldn’t admit I was that morally corrupt, most people with normal ethical reasoning would feel bit squeamish to hurt their family, their own mother and embarrass them selves as she did. I am assuming she is normal. I suppose she could be a sociopath or have those tendencies, but the SM did not indicate that.

Exactly unless he raped her which would be a whole other story she was a willing participate. Even if he came on to her should could have said no.
Depends on whether he groomed her or not... we don't know how long this has been going on.

I am assuming she is a normal immature teen and feel bad for her, lol.

You do not have to feel pity though, lol!

He is a total POS but they are both to blame. She is not innocent

I don't know him
I'm saying she's innocent. Of the two he should have had more sense or better judgement than to go there.
Exactly.

According to her she is the one who went after him. She is not innocent. I agree he should have had better judgement but that doesnt make her innocent

It isnt a grooming situation. We arent sure exactly how long it has gone on but they only knew each other for 2ish months since she has been home from school
