Well, I'm not an artist so I can't really say for sure..
I have one on my left leg that is a pink lily and a purple rose and I paid $400 for it before tip.
The artists at my preferred shop would definitely draw it up and then charge depending on how long the sitting was. I sat just about 4 hours for mine.
