I love Toy Story (plus Pixar and just animation in general). I can still vividly remember the night my family went to see it in theaters when I was in 3rd grade. DS is obsessed with the movies. He will watch them all over and over again if we let him. He can say pretty much repeat every line along with them. He was singing "You're Got A Friend In Me" along with it in the car the other day. Considering the speech delays he's had, it almost brought me to tears. I love that he and I can enjoy something I loved as a kid too. I'm sure there will be plenty more I introduce him to as time goes on.
Is there anything you were into as a kid that your kids have also learned to love?

Six Flags and water parks. I went a lot as a child. We go every week. Next week we are taking an East Coast road-trip, the same route I took as a kid.

Lol Sure was. DS is 5. The fact these movies have held up is amazing to me.

There's an amusement/water park in Michigan my BFF and I used to go to when we were kids. I can't wait to take DS when he gets a little bigger.

The other day the baby was laughing at Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood. That was made by Mister Rogers so I had all the feels. I used to love Mister Rogers as a kid.

I didn't know it was based on that for the longest time! DS enjoyed it, but I think he's moved on from it a little lol Wish there were more people like Mr. Rogers around today...
