If they are both good parents, they can figure it out. If he was the one cheating she doesn't get to punish him with time with his child. If she was the one who cheated she doesn't get to punish him with time with his child.
I am not saying that just because she is breastfeeding her ex shouldnt have custody. Even if the baby was 100% formula fed it would be sad

She was not expecting it because it is not the norm for a baby at that age
Why would it not be?
Do you live under a rock? Do you honestly think it is the norm for custody to be 50/50 from just after birth?

It isnt good for a baby to be passed around like a hot potato
Going to its dad is not passing it around like a hot potato

She needs to get a good lawyer and go back to court. That baby is going to end up getting sick being bounced back and forth and drinking breast milk one week and formula the next. Not a good situation

I live in Ohio and it's 100% not the norm here. Dads don't even get babies overnight till X age and longer for breastfed babies.

I’m sure dad would like to see his child just as often as mom gets to. He’s ALSO a parent.

The baby is not going to get sick using breast milk and formula. Babies are supplemented with formula all the time

My son did. He got severely constipated from supplementing with formula too often. So I switched completely to breast feeding and he was much better.
