Depends on the day. Anywhere between 5:30 and 6:30. But if DS has a early hockey game he will make himself Chicken Fettuccine before I get home.

Between 5-6 on school nights. Summer breaks tends to bump it back to between 6-7

730-8... we don’t like eating that early. My 9 year d goes to bed at 9-930- we are night owls.

Bed at 7:45 for a 13 year old? The older the kid the more his or her biological clock is programmed to keep the kid up late. At 13 our daughter was going to bed when she felt she needed to which was around 9:30 or 10:00 PM if I recall. When she was in grade school she went to bed by 8:00 or 9:00.

Somewhere around 5:30-6ish. If the kids have extracurriculars they might eat later on in the evening. Bed is 8:30-9pm. My kids are 11, 7, and 4
