Not going to lie, this looks like Greek to me. I never figured out gifs on CM but this looks way hard. I hate that technical shit like this confuses me.

I just tested on my iPhone I downloaded a gif to my photos and added it as an attachment.

I finally figured it out. I had to transfer the picture to my laptop, resize it in paint then add it. It was a PITA but I don't need to do it again for awhile so I'll live.
