It's definitely weird. I'm glad it isn't the end of some of friendships i've formed though.

That's honestly it, too. Friends made and people we enjoyed interacting with.

When I first joined CM I wasn't expecting to make friends. I just was forced into homeschooling for medical reasons and needed some advice quickly. It's honestly amazing to me how many wonderful people I've met over the years. Some truly awful shit bags too but I would even miss some of those fuckers. LOL

Yep , this is very surreal to me too. I joined Cafemom in 2007 and I really loved it there. I was there all the time and active in a handful of groups. I made some really good friends over the years. I can't believe it's going to be gone forever. That's painful. But hey, we have a great group here and we can still be together and for that I am very grateful.

I started coming back in spurts. Take a few weeks off, check in during weekend, etc. Sometimes I'd be on at least once a week, then disappear for two to three weeks at a time before popping in to leave some annoying ass replies and then disappear again.
