The smallest that would make it was 26KiB and your max is 15.
I had to take a screenshot of a tiny version of my profile picture and crop it way down to get anything to work.

Well you are doing something right when I joined a matter of 10 hours so ago there was 60 members now you have more than tripled it over 200!!!
