I agree with Curtis Jackson, Trump's presidency is an accident. It's what happens when the majority of the public take our democracy for granted and don't exercise their civic duty to vote. The majority of people stayed home because they couldn't stomach Trump and didn't want to vote for Hillary. They should have held their noses and voted for Hillary but they were so convinced that Trump had a snowball chance in hell to win. But he did because America was asleep they let fascism get a foothold. The people who stayed home and didn't vote are just as responsible for Trump winning as those are who voted for Jill Stein and those who voted for Trump.

Nope -
The standard percentage of eligible voters turned out in 2016 as 2012 - No one stayed home.
In fact the percentage in 2016 was slightly higher than 2012.
2012 - 57.5%
2016 - 58.1 %
Candidate Trump motivated people to come out to vote for his policies.
A slightly higher percentage turned out for the 2008 election - 62% because they had hope, obviously by 2012 that hope was gone - down to the 57.5% number.

Do you truly believe President Trump is fascist? And that fascism has a hold in America now because of him?
I'm very curious if you point to what you see he's done that is fascist.

How is paying celebrities to come perform and show support to the Democrats any different. Many celebrities are paid lots to go to rallies in hopes their followers join them.
Other than this being about race.
