Change internally during pregnancy? Like get tighter or something?

DH says I've been feeling different but in an amazing way. This started once I hit my 3rd trimester.

So I'm wondering if something can change to make it feel better?

I do feel like this baby hangs out low, like in my pelvic area and always has. So maybe there's pressure? Idk. Nothing feels any different to me.

It can swell up during pregnancy. Mine was so swollen during pregnancy that I couldn’t put anything in there comfortably so Dh went the last 2 months with just his hand for company.
