Found my DD facetiming a boy her breasts

She's 15. I walked into her room to hand her some washing and found her, shirtless, with her phone at a high angle -I could see her reflection in the phone and could tell she had her camera on - and she was saying "You like them?" in a (what she thought was) sultry tone.

Obviously the phone has been confiscated - but what else would you do? The phone number was not saved in her phone and they are not answering when I ring - so I have no idea who the person is she was talking to. DD claims he's a senior at school.

Lessons on self-respect, information on legalities since she's a minor, information and examples of how unsafe online things can be (maybe this guy IS from school, but what if it's not - or isn't in the future - and they aren't who they say they are?).

Do you pay for her phone? Would the number be in records with the phone company? (Not sure how that works, myself.)

That's all I got, but I'm sure other ladies will have some good advice.

I would like to think I would be level headed, but.. I have a horrible temper sometimes so I would probably flip my lid. First, the phone would be gone..and she would not get it back. We are big on trust here so if we can't trust you to be responsible with something like a phone, kiddo would certainly not be trusted with something like a car when she turned 16.
We would definitely be trying to ascertain who the boy was she was face timing and if we were able to do so, telling his parents so they can be aware of the situation. In all honesty, I don't know what else would be able to do besides not allowing electronics except for school. Good luck to you. I hope that this boy did not snap pictures while facetiming her ( I know my girls have the ability to do so on their ipods so I'm assuming you can on iphones as well) and distribute them to his friends.

I would block the number and take her phone and she probably would not get it back till she was graduated. Or give it back and make it where she can only call like my number and 911 and disable internet on it.

She would also be grounded from going out with friends for probably a month

It’s illegal to do this. It’s called distributing child porn. I’d tell her this. And the boy.

That is child pornography. Both her and her boyfriend can be arrested and thrown on the S*x offender registry. Take the phone away and make sure she understands the consequences. Any type of naked picture/video she takes and sends is a serious crime and it can lead to a lifetime of issues for both her and her boyfriend.

That phone would be gone, she would never get it back or any other electronics where she can get on the internet. She would also be on lock down, no friends over, no going anywhere without an adult and I would drop her off and pick her up at school.
She would also tell me who that "senior" is or I would pull her out of any acvtivities she's in. If she's not in any actlivities then hard manual labor would get the info......bucket of soapy water, a toothbrush and a rag. She would clean every single room in the entire house starting with the crown molding

I would make her very aware that what she is doing is distributing child pornography and she could get both her and the boy in a ton of trouble and he could end up on a S*x offenders list.
