It is absolute garbage what you posted. Think logically, the path of totality cannot be over Missouri, Virginia it is impossible while the path is directly over Indianapolis. The width of the path of totality is only 100 to 115 km wide. It's just a way to get people who have invested in tin foil hats riled up.
