She cannot call a pony a horse.

At our house we live on a large farm, and have three horses and two pony’s. My mother just moved in with us, and keeps telling people we have five horses. We don’t. I keep trying to tell her a pony is not a horse but she is deaf to it. How do I get her to stop telling people we have five horses?

Sure, she can. Doesn’t make her right, but does anybody she’s talking to need to the differentiation between the 2?
