I almost killed my dog
I set my book in the same place I always have it. I went to make dinner and my bloodhound ATE IT! She ate the back half of my paperback book! I couldn't believe it!

No, that was my other dog, who is sleeping across my legs. Whenever she doesn't feel good, she has to be beside me, touching me the entire time. I feel so bad for her.
