Click the menu button on the top left (for mobile) and there’s a drop down menu, if you click new posts it brings up new posts in all the forums.

Not sure if I'm understanding your problem correctly, but there is an option for having posts show up by time/# views/author/etc, and either ascending or descending, in the User Control Panel under "Board Preferences" and "Edit Display Options", in case you haven't seen that. That might help you get it the way you want it.
