Sometimes. But today I'm doing a meatsauce with ground beef and sweet italian sausage.

The sauce is actually cooking already and my ODS is in charge of seasoning and simmering til I get home.

Skillet Baked Ziti, *sigh* but I have no lettuce for salad, so I can't decide if I am going to run to the store for it, or just not have a side. Maybe I have some broccoli in the freezer...

Salsa verde chicken enchiladas. My tomatillos, onions & peppers are roasting in the oven now. Dh is stopping by the Hispanic grocery store on the way home to pick up fresh corn tortillas for them.
