I do not believe in the Spirit World, but I hope your August is better though!

I had a pretty good month, minus the electronic hacking fraud for $1000, which is a never ending saga, but I mean, it could have been way worse, so in a way, I feel pretty blessed.

Every day we wake up and face choices. What will we do with our day, what can we do with our day? Do we need help? Will we choose to get it?

I've had a great month. Got a brand spanking new car, recuperating from a surgery so I've just laid around and let others do for me, and I'm a teacher so no work. It's been pretty good overall

I feel you!

Woke up with a panic attack this morning..

Can't fall back to sleep, and I don't want to get out of bed.

I feel horrible and sad.
