They are helpful in specific times and places. But to invite them unnecessarily into someone’s life? When there’s no crime in progress?Anonymous 14 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2019 10:35 am You having one or two unpleasant experiences with police doesn’t mean they can’t be helpful.

Well I for one would not appreciate it. Unless someone is breaking in my home or car or committing an actual crime. I prefer to stay out of the police radar. And yes my personal interactions tell me they don’t care at all.Anonymous 10 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2019 10:37 amAnd yet two different people on CM were saved. One had already taken medications and would have died without going to the hospital and the other was alone in her home with a baby and unstable. Both were thankful that the police were involvedBubbs wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2019 10:33 amOk, I have passively mention suicide before, should the cops come and check on me? Even though I have addressed my issues. Police are not mental health professionals. Their presence could make an unstable person worse. I would never invite the police into someone’s life. They are not as helpful or sympathetic as people hope.Anonymous 10 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2019 10:27 am
Actually she has multiple times. Maybe not today or yesterday but she has
If she doesn't realize that people can find out where she lives from her name she needs even more help

Do it. There had been a dramatic shiftAnonymous 14 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 28, 2019 9:49 am I should call and report her mental health to the police. I have her address.
MeAF wrote: ↑Sat Jul 27, 2019 11:38 pm I sincerely hope you get the help you desperately need and get your shit together. Check yourself into the nearest mental health facility on your own so you have control over your treatment. With the way you're behaving,if you keep this up, you might find yourself involuntarily committed for your own safety.
We all know that you are not leaving for good. You'll be back.Good luck.
