Foeing an anon?

Is this possible. If i send a message to skip or a mod and asked to Foe an anon would they be able to do it?
For example if i said anon 5 from such and such post would they be able to foe them for me?

Hi, you cannot foe an anon as it would reveal the anon. Please feel free to report anything that concerns you or you feel breaks TOS.
