What Obama said is not in any way what Trump as saying. Trump doesn't understand what out Constitution means and refuses to defend it even though he agreed to do that when he was inaugurated. The law says 2 terms and that's it and no matter what the lunatics who support Trump may say, he CANNOT have a third term. In fact, I doubt he will get a second term. He's an ignorant ass who should be consigned to the dustbin of history since he seems determined to use adversarial foreign countries to prop us his presidency no matter what the law saws.
